摘　　要：随着信患技术的发展，市场竞争的加剧，高校图书馆的管理模式，服务范围等亟待升级。本文就高校图书馆管理模式引进物流管理进行探讨，试图提出自己的建设性观点，即高校图书馆如何改变传统的管理模式，怎样适应广大读者日益增长的文化需求，怎样培养市场竞争意识，用科学的物流管理方法来指导图书馆改革管理的模式，具有重大的现实意义。With the development of information technology, market competition, the university li- brary management, services and other needs to upgrade. In this paper, the introduction of university library management model to explore the logistics management, to try to make its own con- structive view that the University Library to change the traditional mode of management, how to a- dapt to the growing cultural needs of the readers, how to develop awareness of market competition, with the scientific logistics management approach to guide the library change management model, is of great practical significance.
