摘 要:目的调查医院金黄色葡萄球菌(SAU)的耐药性现状,为临床诊断及治疗提供可靠的科学依据。方法采用回顾性调查的方法对164株SAU的耐药性进行分析。结果耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的分离率为43.3%。药敏试验结果显示,SAU对多种抗菌药物均产生了不同程度耐药性,且MRSA对抗茵药物的耐药率均高于甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA),但SAU对万古霉素的敏感度仍为100%。结论加强细菌耐药性的监测与抗茵药物的合理使用,是降低医院感染及延缓新的耐药茵产生的有效措施。Objective To investigate the infection characteristics of Staphylococcus aureus and analyze its antibiot- ic sensitivity to offer reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Retrospective investigation meth- od was applied to analyze the drug resistance of 164 strains of Staphylococcus aureus. Results The isolating rate of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)arrived at 43.3 % ;The drug resistance rates of antibiotics in MRSA was higher than those in methicillin sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA). SAU was sensitive to vancomy- cin with the drug sensitivity rate of 100%. Conclusion We should take effective measures to strengthen monitor drug resistance and clinically reasonable use of antimicrobial drugs, so as to reduce the hospital infection and delay the produce of new resistant strains.
