中药对脾虚仔猪胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶的影响

摘　　要：[目的]确定自拟的固肠促长散对脾虚仔猪胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶的影响。[方法]采用给仔猪注射利血平和交替不喂与喂饱的方法构建脾虚仔猪模型,分别在注射利血平前、最后一次注射利血平当天、灌药结束后次日及第8天测定仔猪的胃蛋白酶活力和胰蛋白酶含量。[结果]试验结束后,固肠促长散组的各种酶活性与正常对照组差异不显著,脾虚对照组和思密达组的各种酶活性与正常对照组差异显著。[结论]固肠促长散能促进利血平所致脾虚仔猪的胃蛋白酶活力和胰蛋白酶恢复。[Objective] The aim was to study the effect of self-made Guchang Cuchang San on pepsase and trypsin of piglets with spleen deficiency.[Method] Piglets model of spleen deficiency was formed by injecting piglets with reserpine as well as the alternative treatment of no-feeding and feeding,the activity of pepsase and the content of trypsin of piglets were determined before injecting piglets with reserpine,on the day of injecting reserpine,the second and the eighth day after giving medicine,respectively.[Result] After the test was finished,the activities of every enzymes of Guchang Cuchang San group had no significant difference with normal control group,while the activities of every enzymes of spleen deficiency control group and Smecta group had significant difference with normal control group.[Conclusion] Guchang Cuchang San can promote the pepsase activity and trypsin recovery of piglets of spleen deficiency caused by reserpine.
