摘 要:[目的]快速检测食品包装材料中9种禁用染料的含量。[方法]通过高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)测定食品包装材料中的碱性橙2、酸性橙2、碱性嫩黄O、孔雀石绿、碱性玫瑰精B和苏丹红(I、II、III、IV),9种禁用染料通过反相C18柱分离,流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,DAD检测波长为475和550 nm。[结果]9种禁用染料在34 min内得到了很好的分离,该方法的回收率、定量限(LOQ)、精密度和稳定性分别是86.0%~103.9%、0.2~0.4μg/ml、0.68%~1.82%和1.45%~2.36%;9种禁用染料的线性相关系数R2>0.999(0.1~20.0μg/ml范围内)。7种不同材质的食品包装材料样品检测结果中,只有1个纸质样品中检出酸性橙2,其含量为21.03 ng/cm2。[结论]该方法为食品包装材料中9种潜在的禁用染料检测提供了可靠的分析方法,具有操作简单、结果可靠、快速、稳定的特点。[Objective] The aim was to rapidly detect the contents of nine banned dyes in food packaging metarials.[Method] A rapid high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) system consisting of a diode array detector(DAD) detector(HPLC-DAD) was developed for the separation and determination of Basic orange 2,Acid orange 2,Alkaline yellow O,Malachite green,Rhoda mine B and Sudan dyes(I,II,III,and IV) in food packaging materials.The chromatographic separation was achieved on a reversed phase C18 column with gradient elution,using a mobile phase of acetonitrile/water;Detector was set at 475 and 550 nm.[Result] All kinds of banned dyes were separated in less than 34 min.The recovery,limit of quantification(LOQ),precision and stability varied from 86.0 to 103.9%,from 0.2 to 0.4 μg/ml,from 0.68 to 1.82% and from 1.45 to 2.36%,respectively.Linearity obtained for nine kinds of banned dyes were all R2 0.999(in the range of 0.1-20.0 μg/ml).Of all the seven kinds of packaging materials,the acid orange 2 was detected only in one paper packaing material,its content was 21.03 ng/cm2.[Conclusion] This method has potential to be used for detecting nine kinds of banned dyes in food packaging materials due to its simple,reliable,rapid and stable characteristics.
