摘 要:[目的]确定沙枣中多酚类物质的最佳提取工艺。[方法]利用超声提取法对沙枣中多酚类物质进行提取,通过单因素和正交试验,研究了甲醇、乙醇和丙酮3种溶剂对沙枣多酚的提取性能。[结果]丙酮对沙枣多酚具有较好的提取性能,料液比1∶12 g/ml,丙酮浓度50%,超声提取3次,每次30 min,在此条件下提取液中沙枣多酚含量为9.35%,提取率达95.70%。[结论]在最佳提取工艺条件下所提取的沙枣多酚含量最高,此最佳工艺条件正确可行。[Objective] To determine the best extraction conditions of polyphenols from E.antustifolia polyphenols.[Method] The polyphenols were extracted with ultrasonic method,and then the single factor test and orthogonal experiment were adopted to study the extraction performance of three solvents of methanol,ethanol and acetone.[Result] Acetone showed the best extraction performance,under the best conditions of solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 12,acetone concentration of 50%,and ultrasonic extraction for three times,30 min each time,the extracting content of polyphenols was 9.35% and the extraction rate was 95.70%.[Conclusion] The content of polyphenols was the highest under the best extraction conditions,thus the extraction conditions were practical.
