林业资源型城市转型可持续发展评价研究——以伊春为例

摘　　要：为促进伊春城市转型进一步的发展,对伊春城市转型进程进行阶段性可持续发展评价。综合前人的研究成果构建城市可持续发展评价指标体系,收集伊春城市转型相关数据,分析伊春城市转型中经济子系统、社会子系统、资源子系统及环境子系统发展轨迹,在此基础上对伊春城市转型进行可持续发展综合评价。研究表明,伊春城市转型有效推进了城市综合系统的发展,但要实现可持续发展的长远目标,还需要采取加强可持续发展价值观建设、加大教育和科技投入、强化国有林权制度改革等措施。In order to promote the further reform of Yichun City,and evaluate the sustainable development of the reform process at different stages,an evaluation index system was established based on the previous research findings.Related data about Yichun City reform was collected to analyze the development process of economy,society,resources and environment in Yichun,on this basis the sustainable development of Yichun City reform was comprehensively analyzed.As indicated by the results,the city reform effectively promote the comprehensive development of Yichun,but some reform measures should also be taken to realize the long-term objective of sustainable development,such as enhancing the sustainable development value,improving the investment in education,science and technology,strengthening state-owned ownership of forests system reform and so on.
