不同光照条件下大叶黄杨叶生理生态特征的研究

摘  要:[目的]研究不同光照条件下大叶黄杨叶片的生理生态特征。[方法]选择了河北农业大学西校区2块样地的大叶黄杨,通过近2个月的观测,测定样本叶片的长和宽、叶绿素含量等,并对对结果进行统计分析,比较不同光照对大叶黄杨叶片包括叶形态、气孔数量、含水量特征的影响。[结果]光强减弱,气孔数量减小、叶绿素含量增加、含水量增加;阴面大叶黄杨叶片叶绿素含量高于阳面,阳面叶绿素a/b的值高于阴面。[结论]叶片叶绿素含量变化幅度可判断植物对光照强度的敏感程度。[Objective]The physiological and ecological characteristics of Euonymus japonicus Thunb.under the different illumination conditions were studied.This research has chosen two Euonymus japonicus Thunb.which in the west campus of Agricultural University of Hebei,through two month-long observation,measured the length and width of the sample leaf,chlorophyll content and so on.Carried on the data processing and the statistical analysis to the result,[Result] Compared influence of different illumination condition on leaves app:ds:blade of Euonymus japonicus Thunb.when the luminous intensity was weaken,stomata number reduced,the chlorophyll content increased,and the water content increased.chlorophyll content of Euonymus japonicus Thunb.leaves app:ds:blade in Shaded side was higher than sunny side,chlorophyll a/b value in the sunny side was higher than Shaded side.[Conclusion] we could according to the chlorophyll content changes to judge the sensitivity of plants to light intensity.
