摘  要:[目的]研究不同扦插基质和植物生长调节剂处理对白木香扦插生根的影响。[方法]以当年生健壮的白木香半木质化枝条为材料,分析不同处理对白木香扦插生根率、平均根数和平均根长的影响。[结果]以蛭石为扦插基质时,白木香的生根率、平均根数和平均根长最高,分别为78.3%、3.3条和3.6 cm;以清水处理为对照,用植物生长调节剂不同的种类和浓度处理时,以100 mg/L IBA的处理效果最佳,白木香的生根率、平均根数和平均根长分别为75.0%、6.2条和3.3 cm。[结论]白木香扦插繁殖以蛭石为扦插基质,用100mg/L IBA浸泡插穗2 h,可以获得较为理想的效果。[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of cutting substrates and plant growth regulators on the cuttage rooting of Rosa banksiae cv.albo-plena.[Method] The experiment materials were newly growing and half-lignified branches of R.banksiae cv.albo-plena,then the effects of different treatments on the average rooting rate,root number and root length of cuttingslips were analyzed.[Result] There was the best effect when the vermiculite was taked as cutting substrate,then the average rooting rate,root number and root length of cuttingslips were 78.3%,3.3 short roots and 3.6 cm respectively.For the different treatments of plant growth regulators,with water as the control.The best effect was obtained with the treatment of 100 mg/L IBA,the average rooting rate,root number and root.langth of cuttingslips were 75.0%、6.2 short roots and 3.3 cm respectively.[Conclusion] The best treatment for the cutting propagation of R.banksiae cv.albo-plena which was dipped in 100 mg/L IBA for 2 h and planted in the cutting substrate of vermiculite.
