基于需求理论的冬枣价格趋势研究——以黄骅市冬枣为例

摘　　要：以河北省黄骅市冬枣市场为研究对象,分析出近些年冬枣价格呈现下降趋势。运用需求理论预测得出,冬枣价格将会在未来一定时期内有所上升,但是保证冬枣价格持续增长的前提是不断对冬枣进行深加工,满足消费者需求,并对促进冬枣的深加工及价格稳定提出了合理的对策建议。The downward trend of jujube price was analyzed in Huanghua City of Hebei Province.According to the demand theory,the price of winter jujube will still increase for a period of time in future.The key to guarantee the continual growth of jujube price is to deeply process the jujube and satisfy the consumers＇ demand.Finally some suggestions were proposed to promote the deep processing of winter jujube and the steady growth of jujube price.
