摘 要:从能值流量、能值效率和系统可持续性3个方面构建了廊坊市产业生态系统能值评价指标体系,运用能值理论和方法,分析了廊坊市1998~2009年产业生态系统的发展状况。结果表明,系统的能值流均有不同程度的增长,能值自给率较高,环境负荷率激增,人口承载量远小于实际人口数量,表明廊坊市产业生态系统的发展对当地资源尤其是当地不可再生环境资源的依赖程度很高,是以消耗当地可再生环境资源、不可再生环境资源,严重牺牲环境为代价换来的,并且对外界资源的利用程度不高。系统的可持续发展指数呈现显著的递减趋势,生态效率指数先递减后递增,系统呈现不可持续发展态势。Using emergy theory and method,the development of Langfang industrial ecosystem during 1998-2009 was analyzed.An index system,which involved three aspects of emergy flow,emergy efficiency and system sustainability,was constructed to evaluate the Emergy of Langfang industrial ecosystem.The results showed that the emergy flow all increased to varying degrees,the emergy self-sufficiency was high,the environment load rate increased sharply and the potential population carrying capacity was far less than actual population quantity.All these indicated that the development of Langfang industrial ecosystem was largely dependent on local resources,especially those nonrenewable resources,at the cost of local resources and environment,the utilization degree of resources in other places was not high.The sustainable development index of the ecosystem showed significant increasing trend,while the eco-efficiency index firstly declined and then improved,the ecosystem presented unsustainble development trend.
