摘　　要：论述了高等职业教育参与培养农产品经纪人的必要性,分析了现阶段农产品经纪人培养中应注意的问题,提出了"校会"联合的农产品经纪人培训模式的构建方案。The paper introduced the necessity of high vocational education participating in the training of agricultural products brokers,analyzed the issues should be paid attention to during the training,and finally proposed the training model of agricultural products agents through the cooperation between schools and associations.
