摘　　要：针对城镇化发展中存在的大中城市欠发展,城市规模等级结构断层、城镇化区域发展不平衡、产业结构有待优化等问题,提出以鄱阳湖生态经济区为龙头的环鄱阳湖生态城镇圈集合发展、新型工业化和城镇化组合发展以及构建大中城市为核心的城镇集群发展战略。In consideration of the several problems during the urbanization process,for example,the large and medium-sized cities are still underdeveloped,the structure and scale of the cities are irrational,the urbanization in different regions is unbalanced,and the industrial structure still needs to be optimized,etc.,the strategies of developing Poyang Lake eco-town circle,integrating new industrialization with urbanization,and constructing urban clusters with the core of large and medium-sized cities were proposed.
