重庆市主城区泄洪通道系统规划思路探讨

摘　　要：受地形地貌及山峡小气候影响,重庆市容易遭受极端气候下的暴雨洪水灾害。为了保障城市安全与可持续发展,重庆市编制了主城区泄洪通道系统规划。该规划的思路为:界定泄洪通道,分为大江大河、市政雨水管道和城市泄洪通道3个子系统;确定泄洪通道等级,以不同功能组团及5年～20年不等的重现期为依据;制定规划管控指引,一是强调泄洪通道规划管理操作细则,二是制订泄洪通道主要技术参数。Chongqin suffers the flood discharge easily because of the terrain and donga microclimate, so Chongqin formats the flood discharge gallery system planning of main area to protect the city and sustainable development. This planning defines the flood gallery with big river, rain gallery and flood gallery; defines the gallery＇s grades depend on the different functional group and 5-20 years＇ return periods; formulate the planning guiding contain the handle rules and technological parameters.
