摘  要:选用醋酸铅处理过的土壤对烟草主栽品种K326和红花大金元(简称红大)进行栽培试验。通过考察烟草农艺性状和铅吸收规律,研究不同品种烟草对土壤铅污染的净化修复,以期找到合适的植物提取修复土壤的烟草品种。结果表明:不同浓度铅处理土壤,K326和红大品种均能保持正常生长,农艺性状变化不大,对铅的耐受力好;K326和红大各部位的铅分布系数由大到小依次为根>茎>叶,土壤中大部分铅由烟草的根吸收;红大的铅浓度和铅吸收量比K326高,红大对铅污染土壤净化能力较K326强。The lead acetate treated soil was used to culture K326 and Honghuadajinyuan(Hongda),the main cultivars.Through investigating agricultural traits and lead absorption rules of tobacco,the purification and restoration effects of different tobacco varieties on lead polluted soil in order to find appropriate tobacco variety to restore soil.The results revealed that with different concentrations of lead treated soil,K326 Hongda all kept normal growth with little change of agricultural traits,so they have good tolerance to lead;the lead distribution coefficient of each part in K326 and Hongda ordered as rootstemleaf,so the most of the lead in soil were absorbed by roots of tobacco;the lead concentration and lead absorbing amount in Hongda were higher than those in K326,so the soil purification effect of Hongda is better than that of K326.
