桡神经干血供的显微外科解剖学

摘　　要：用红色乳胶灌注成人尸体上肢35侧,观察桡神经的血供。营养桡神经的动脉来自于肱深动脉、桡侧返动脉、中副动脉和肌支动脉。其中肱深动脉和桡侧返动脉在桡神经血供中起重要作用。并根据实验结果,讨论了桡神经在临床上的应用。Using 35 cases of cadavers injected with red lead fluid, the blood supplyof radial nerve was studied. The blood supply in radia1 nerve is complex. The nutritive nerve arteriescome from the profund artery, radial recurrent artery, collateral medial arteryand muscular artery. The profund artery and radial recurrent artery play animportant role in blood upply of the radial nerve and are distributed mainlyin the medial or lower 1 /3 segment(72. 94± 3. 42 % ) .The average outer diameterof the artery in starting point is 0.37 ±0.03mm and 0.28 ±0.02mm in endingpoint .The clinical application of radial nerve is discussed in this paper.
