摘　　要：文章从服务的安全性角度,论述了民营档案中介机构与档案安全的重要关系。深入分析民营档案中介机构在发展中出现的安全问题,如行业法律法规不健全、员工素质较低、管理不规范、保管条件差等,并提出解决的措施和建议,力图为我国民营档案中介机构的发展提供有益的借鉴。From the security of service, the paper discusses the relationship between private archival intermediary agencies and archival security and comes up with measures to solve problems ,such as the shortage of laws and rulers ,poor staff quality, nonstandard management and inferior conditions of the preservation ,so as to offer reference for the development of private archival intermediary agencies.
