钨丝电热原子吸收法测定温度对碳酸镉溶解度的影响

摘  要:运用钨丝电热原子吸收光谱仪测定难溶盐碳酸镉在不同温度下的溶解度,在5~40℃时碳酸镉的溶解度随温度升高而减小,在5~30℃时,其溶液中镉含量对应超过国家食品卫生限量标准的3.10~1.25倍,且20℃时碳酸镉溶解度浓度为4.125×10-5g/100 mL,方法的线性相关系数为0.999 1。因此,使用碳酸镉时,应重视其溶解度随温度降低而增大带来的危害。The dependence of cadmium carbonate solubility on the temperature was determined by tungsten coil electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry. In the temperature range of 5℃ to 40℃, the solubility of cadmium carbonate increased with the decrease of the temperature. The cadmium concentration was 3.10 to 1.25 times of the concentration limit in the national food safety standard in the temperature range of 5 ℃ to 30 ℃. Meanwhile, the solubility of cadmium carbonate was determined to be 4.125x10^-5/100mL under 20℃, which is in good accordance with the reference value. The linear correlation coefficient of the proposed method was 0.999 1. Therefore, in case of using cadmium carbonate, attentions should be paid to the high cadmium carbonate solubility in low temperatures.
