摘　　要：为了实现基于iPhone/iPad终端的流媒体实时传输,根据RTP/RTCP/RTSP协议标准,设计并实现一个音、视频流媒体实时传输系统。在TCP/IP协议网络上,基于H.264视频编解码和G.729A音频编解码标准,进行音、视频同步的RTP编码算法封装,实现流媒体传输,利用同步相位性在终端上验证了音、视频同步性。实验结果表明:该系统性能稳定,音、视频播放效果完全满足人体视听标准,具有一定的应用前景。In order to achieve real-time transmission of streaming media based on iPhone / iPad mobile terminal, the authors designed and implemented a real-time transmission system for sound and video according to the RTP/RTCP/RTSP protocol standards. The audio and video were coded algorithm packages of RTP which implemented on the TCP/IP protocol network according to the H.264 video codec and G.729A audio codec standards, and were streaming. The synchronization of the sound on the terminal video was verified by synchronous phase method. The experimental results show that the system performance and stability, audio and video playback fully satisfy the human audio-visual standards, and has broad application prospects.
