摘　　要：《清代至民国时期河南灾害与生态环境变迁研究》一书是由苏全有教授、李风华副教授主编的近年来灾荒史研究的最得力之作。该书借鉴于前人,而又突破前人,集众家之长,成一家之功。无论是内容的厚重、思路的清晰、功底的扎实、观点的严密、论据的翔实,均达到了炉火纯青的程度。由于各种主观和客观条件的制约,该书在取得骄人成绩的同时也出现了不足。A study of the Ecological and Environmental Change and Henan＇s Natural Disasters from the Qing Dnasty to the period of the Republic of China is the latest materpiece on disaster and famine history research by professor Su Quanyou and associate professor Li Fenghua. By learning from others, the book surpasses its predecessors both in content and structure. The pragmatic viewpoints, clear train of thoughts, well-grounded argumentations and rigorous wording all make the book a perfect and professional work. However, due to the restriction of subjective and objective conditions, there are also some shortages existing in the book which demands people＇s attention.
