高管背景特征与企业债务融资的实证研究

摘　　要：从高管团队的学历、专业背景和年龄三个方面来描述企业高管的背景特征,分析高管背景特征与企业债务融资结构和债务期限结构的关系。研究发现:高管在学历、专业和年龄方面的不同导致了不同的债务融资决策。The paper describes the background characteristics of executives enterprises from three aspects： education history, pro- fessional background and age, in order to analyze the relationship the executives background characteristics have with debt financing struture and debt maturity structure. The study reveals that the differences of the executives in education history, professional back- ground and age lead to different debt financing decision. The study made here is based on the samples of 2492 small and medium-sized private enterprises listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchange.
