摘  要:丰田汽车召回事件不仅凸显了我国产品召回制度存在的问题,也隐射了市场主体的平等性问题,有必要立足于经济法的角度重新审视市场主体的平等性,对市场主体的平等性重新进行定位,完善我国的相关制度以维护国际市场的竞争秩序。Toyota recalling event does not only suggest the problems with the recalling system of products, but also the problem of equality of market players behind it. Therefore, there is a need for reevaluating and redefining the equality of the market players from the perspective of economic law, so as to maintain the competition order of the international market, and as well as the relevant legisla- tion system of our country.
