摘 要:目的通过分析参加全国放射工作人员个人剂量监测系统比对结果总结经验。方法参加2011年由中国疾病预防控制中心辐射防护与核安全所组织的全国放射工作人员个人剂量监测系统比对,分析此次比对结果,查找质量控制关键环节。结果我中心比对结果为优秀,主要是热释光剂量元件的筛选和刻度因子的正确选择和应用。结论剂量元件筛选、系统检定、人员素质、操作技术、仪器设备和实验室管理等均是顺利通过全国放射工作人员个人剂量监测系统比对并获得好成绩的基础。Objective To analyze the comparative results of the radiation operants' individual dosage monitoring in China in order to sum up the experience. Methods In 2011, the individuals attending Chinese Diseases Control and Prevention on radiation protection and nuclear safety were recruited and their radiation operants' individual dosages were compared. By analyzing the comparison result, we could find out the key point of quality control. Results The result of comparison was excellent mainly because of the selection and application of thermoluminescent dosimeter screening and the scale factor. Conclusion The basis to pass Chinese radiation operants' individual dosage monitoring system with excellence in quality assurance is the screening of thermoluminescent dosimeter, system examination, people's capability, operation techniques, instrumentation and laboratory management.
