解毒散结汤外治扁平疣临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:验证解毒散结汤外涂治疗扁平疣患者的疗效和安全性。方法:76例患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,对照组应用0.1%维A酸霜,外涂,2次/d;治疗组应用自拟解毒散结汤,外涂,2次/d,疗程均为4周,观察靶皮损扁平疣数量、局部不良反应;随访1个月,观察复发情况。结果:对照组完成36例,脱落2例(5%),治疗组完成37例,脱落1例(3%),对照组总有效率为44%,治疗组总有效率为73%,两组经Ridit分析比较:χ2=2.12,P<0.05,差异显著,其中治疗组疗效优于对照组;治愈病例随访1个月,对照组复发4例,复发率为67%,治疗组复发1例,复发率为8%,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05),两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:解毒散结汤外涂治疗扁平疣具有一定临床疗效和安全性。Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety of Jiedu Sanjie Decoction on patients with verruca plana by means of scraping smear. Methods： 76 patients with, verruca plana were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received 0.1% all-trans retinoic acids cream by means of scraping smear twice per day, the treatment group received Jiedu Sanjie Decoction by means of the same way. The number of verruca plana and the adverse effect was observed after two weeks treatment. The relapse rate in each group was also assessed after one month. Rusults： There were 2 cases（5%） dropout in controll group, while 1 case（3%） fell off in treatment group. Compared to 44% effective rate in controll group, it was 73% in treatment group. The difference between two groups was significant according to the result of Ridit analysis （x2=2.12, P〈0.05）. After a month＇ follow- up, the relapse rate of controll group was 67%, while the treatment group is 8%. No adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusion： Jiedu Sanjie Decoction was effective and safety on patients with verruca plana by means of scraping smear.
