摘　　要：探讨王今觉教授临床治疗肝硬化用药经验,即审因论治,善用行气活血、化湿软坚之品,强调虚实兼顾,重视运用药物的性味归经及临证加减,通过探析王老师临床治疗经验,促进名老中医临床经验的学术继承。This essay is to study Prof. Wang Jin-jue＇s experience of drug usage in the clinical practice of hepatocirrhosis, in order tO promote the academic inheritance of famous veteran practioner of TCM＇s clinical experience, which includes several aspects： plarlning the therapy according to the pathogeny; making good use of the drugs in promoting Qi and activating blood, as well as clirtonating dampness and soften hard masses; emphasizing the condition of both the deficiency and excess; focusing on the usage of th~~ nature, flavor, meridian tropism and the clinical modification of the drugs.
