摘　　要：烧山火法是针灸学传统针刺手法的精髓技术,用之临床能产生显著的热效应,但由于其操作手法十分精细、微妙而复杂,限制了这一技术的广泛应用,临床上能够熟练掌握的人少之又少。笔者根据自身实践总结,对传统烧山火针刺方法进行改良,简化其操作方法而热效应与临床疗效不减,本文就具体改良方法、操作要领及运用体会进行说明。Heat-producing needling is a method of acupuncture and traditional acupuncture manipulation technology essence, which can produce significant heat effect in clinical. But because of its fine, delicate and complex manipulation, restricts the wide application of this technology, there are few people in clinical can master it. In this paper according to the practice, the authors improve the traditional acupuncture method heat-producing needling, by simplifying the operation but the thermal effect and the clinical effect is not decreased. This paper is describing the concrete improvement method, operation essentials and application experience.
