3味辛温归肺经中药对肺阳虚大鼠血液流变学及血液学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察豆蔻、紫苏叶、白芷3味辛温归肺经中药对复合因素致肺阳虚大鼠血液流变学及血液学的影响。方法:采用烟熏(外邪犯肺)+常温及冰水游泳(形寒劳倦)+服用冰水(内饮生冷)3因素复合造成肺阳虚大鼠模型。造模同时灌胃给予豆蔻、紫苏叶、白芷水提取物,连续24d。取血测定血液流变学及血液学指标。结果:豆蔻、紫苏叶及白芷水提物能降低肺阳虚大鼠低切变率下的全血黏度;豆蔻及紫苏叶水提物能降低低切变率下的全血还原黏度、血浆黏度及红细胞聚集指数;豆蔻及白芷水提物能增加淋巴细胞数量(LY#)、单核细胞数量(MO#);豆蔻水提物能增加白细胞数量(WBC)。结论:豆蔻、紫苏叶、白芷同属辛温归肺经中药,均能在一定程度上改善血液流变学及血液学指标,从而改善肺朝百脉不利引起的肺血瘀滞证及肺血亏虚证,这为探讨"辛温归肺经"的药性功能药效群提供了一定参考。Objective： To observe the effects on hemorheology and hematology of three traditional Chinese medicines including Fructrs Amomi Rotundus, Folium Perillae and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae on lung-yang deficiency rats induced by compound factors. Methods： Lung-yang deficiency rats were established with three-factor combination, including smoking （exogenous evil effect on lung）, swimming in common and ice water （cold body and exhaustoin） and drinking ice water （inhale cold）. Meanwhile, rats were given water extracts of the three traditional Chinese medicines by intragastric administration for 24 days everyday. Blood was collected to determine haematological and hemorheological indexes. Results： The water extracts of Fructrs Amomi Rotundus, Folium Perillae and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae could markedly reduce whole blood viscosity on the low stear rate. The water extracts of Fructrs Amomi Rotundus and Folium Perillae could decrease blood reduction viscosity on the low stear rate, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index. The water extracts of Fructrs Amomi Rotundus and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae could increase LY# and MO The water extracts of Fructrs Amomi Rotundus could increase WBC. Conclusion： Fructrs Amomi Rotundus, Folium Perillae and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae were traditional Chinese medicines with pungent-flavor, warm-nature and meridian tropism in lung. They could improve haematological and hemorheological indexes, and so could improve the stasis and deficiency of blood in lung. It provides an important reference for the regularity of the properties theories about pungent-flavor, warm-nature and meridian tropism in lung.
