摘　　要：目的:研究马尾松针有效部位化学成分。方法:采用乙醇提取,乙酸乙酯萃取等提取方法,通过硅胶柱层析分离,结合气相色谱-质谱、高效液相色谱以及对照品比对分析,对松针中成分进行鉴定分析。结果:从马尾松针提取物中鉴定出6种化学成分,其中主要成分为香草醛和二氢猕猴桃内酯。结论:两种主要成分均为首次从该植物中分离鉴定。Objective： Study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extraction from the pine needles of Pinus massoniana Lamb. Methods： The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by solvent extract and chromatography on silica gel, and GC-MS, HPLC and standard comparison. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral data analyses. Results： Six compounds were isolated, and two of them were identified as Vanillin and Dihydroactinidiolide, which were the aroma components in the plant. Conclusion： Two main compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
