摘  要:目的:研究马尾松针有效部位化学成分。方法:采用乙醇提取,乙酸乙酯萃取等提取方法,通过硅胶柱层析分离,结合气相色谱-质谱、高效液相色谱以及对照品比对分析,对松针中成分进行鉴定分析。结果:从马尾松针提取物中鉴定出6种化学成分,其中主要成分为香草醛和二氢猕猴桃内酯。结论:两种主要成分均为首次从该植物中分离鉴定。Objective: Study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extraction from the pine needles of Pinus massoniana Lamb. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by solvent extract and chromatography on silica gel, and GC-MS, HPLC and standard comparison. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral data analyses. Results: Six compounds were isolated, and two of them were identified as Vanillin and Dihydroactinidiolide, which were the aroma components in the plant. Conclusion: Two main compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
