“三位一体”农协动力机制分析

摘　　要：构建供销合作、信用合作、农民专业合作"三位一体"的农协是新农村建设的重要期盼,该文从发端和整合两个维度分析了"三位一体"农协的动力机制,"三位一体"农协的发端动力在于合作金融,整合动力来自于多中心公共行动合作,同时根据"三位一体"农协运作实践阐释了两种动力驱动的路径选择。＂Trinity＂ of rural association consisting of supply and marketing cooperation,credit cooperation and farmers specialized cooperation is expected to be built in the process of new rural construction.The paper discussed the power mechanism of ＂trinity＂ of rural association from dimensions of originator and integration,pointing out that the origination power lies in cooperative finance while the integrating power consists in multicentral public behaviour cooperation.Meanwhile,this paper illustrated the routes for the two power-driven mechanisms based on operation and practice of the rural association.
