山东莱芜物流产业影响因素分析与发展对策

摘　　要：近年来,山东省莱芜市物流产业依托优越的区位优势和良好的产业布局,发展态势迅猛,规模效益日渐显现。但同时行业本身发展水平较低,存在着自身"小、散、杂"等发展缺陷和市场"地价高、税收乱、竞争恶化"等不足之处。分别利用回归分析法和因素分析法剖析其发展的宏微观环境,对影响莱芜物流产业发展的因素进行分析,并对解决行业发展面临的主要问题提出建议。In recent years,by relying on superior geographical advantages and perfect industrial layout,the logistics industry of Laiwu City,Shandong Province,has achieved rapid development with scale benefit being displayed gradually.But the development defects are also clear,such as small,scattered,and miscellaneous industry.And the market also has some disadvantages,for instance mess tax,high land prices,and deteriorating competition.This paper has studied the macro and micro environment of its development respectively by using regression analysis and factor analysis and analyzed the influencing factors for logistics industry development.And finally the paper put forward suggestions to solve the major problems that logistics industry encounters in the process of development.
