宁夏栽培独活的质量分析

摘　　要：目的对宁夏人工种植独活的质量进行检测分析。方法按照《中国药典》独活标准要求,对宁夏五个不同产地的样品进行检验。结果 5个被测独活的性状、鉴别、检查、含量测定项目均符合标准要求。结论宁夏人工种植的独活根头部膨大,条粗,质坚实,外形特征明显,有效成分含量明显高于《中国药典》2010年版一部的要求。Objective To analyze quality of cultivated angelica in Ningxia. Methods According to ＂the Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂ the angelica standard request,carries on the examination to the Ningxia five different habitat samples. Results Five angelicas were meas- ured of the character, the distinction, the inspection ,the content determination project conforms to the standard requirement. Conclusion Ningxia manual planted angelicaa root forehead is big, the strip is thick, the nature is solid,the contour characteristic is obvious, and oozes is higher than that of ＂the Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂ obviously with the snake machine tool element content in 2010 a version request.
