摘  要:选用24个河南中部具有代表性的土壤样本,分析土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾含量和土壤酶活性的相关性。旨在建立相应的回归方程,利用土壤酶活性推测土壤的肥力情况。结果表明:土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶、碱性磷酸酶和土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾相关均达到极显著状态。过氧化氢酶和有机质间的相关系数最高,为0.925。蔗糖酶和有机质、全钾之间相关均达到极显著状态,但和全氮、全磷相关不显著。过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶之间的相关性也均达到极显著状态,其中过氧化氢酶和碱性磷酸酶的相关系数最高,为0.914。由此建立起相应的回归方程。Twenty-four soil samples were chosen from central Henan to analyse correlation of organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium and urease, alkaline phosphatase, invertase, catalase. The purpose of the study was to establish regression equation then speculated soil nutrient condition by enzyme activity. The results indicated that the correlations of urease, alkaline phosphatase, catalase and organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium were very significant level. The catalase and organic matter have the highest correlation coefficient (0.925). The correlation of invertase and organic matter, total potassium were very significant level. The correlations of invertase and total nitrogen, total phosphorus were no significant level. The correlations of urease, alkaline phosphatase, invertase, catalase were very significant level. The alkaline phosphatase and catalase have the highest correlation coefficient (0.914).
