摘  要:为了研究施用微肥对甘草生长动态及产量的影响,采用单因素随机区组设计,对甘草叶面喷施锌肥和钼肥,并分析其生物量和干物质积累规律。结果表明:喷施锌肥后,在一定浓度范围内,随着锌肥喷施浓度的增加,甘草的生物量和产量不断增加,0.4%浓度锌肥处理的甘草生长指标最好,株高达74.65 cm,根粗达11.0 mm,主根长达73.22 cm,产量达6 362.50 kg/hm2,比清水对照分别增加29.91%、11.36%、22.40%、32.74%,与对照差异显著,0.1%和0.2%浓度的锌肥对甘草生物量和产量增加不明显。而0.08%浓度钼肥处理的甘草生长指标最好,株高达70.64 cm,根粗达10.8 mm,主根长达69.70 cm,产量达5 770.83 kg/hm2,比对照分别增加25.93%、9.72%、18.51%、25.85%,与对照差异显著,0.04%和0.16%的钼肥对甘草生物量和产量的增加不明显。由此认为,在甘草生育期内,0.4%浓度的锌肥和0.08%浓度的钼肥能有效促进甘草生长动态,提高甘草产量。To study the influence of microfertilizers on yield and growth and development of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, The single factor randomized block design was introduced for research the effect of Zinc and Molybdenum fertilizer by spraying Glyeyrrhiza uralensis' leaf surface. Investigate the accumulation of biomass and dry matter accumulation. The results indicated that the biomass and dry matter accumulation will increase as the increase of Zinc fertilizer spraying in certain range, Zn concentration 0.4% has the best indexes of growth and development, plant height, diameter of root, main root length and yield reached to 74.65 em, 11.0 mm, 73.22 cm and 6 362.50 kg/hm2, increase 29.91%, 11.36% ,22.40% and 32,74% compared to the comparison, Zn concentration 0.4% has a significant difference with control, Zn concentration 0.1% and 0,2% did not change the accumulation of biomass and dry matter accumulation markedly. Mo concentration 0.08% has the best indexes of growth and development, plant height, diameter of root, main root length and yield reached to 70.64 cm, 10.8 mm, 69.70 cm and 5 770.83 kg/hm2, increase 25.93%,9.72%,18.51% and 25.85% compared to the comparison, Mo concentration 0.04% and 0.08% did not change the accumulation of biomass and dry matter accumulation markedly. So,it is concluded that Zn concentration 0.4% and Mo concentration 0.08% can improve the growth and development of Glyeyrrhiza uralensis ,and increase the yield of Glyeyrrhiza uralensis.
