家族涉入与农业企业社会责任关系的实证研究

摘　　要：大多数私营农业企业是家族企业。为厘清农业企业承担社会责任的内在动机,在参考国内外企业社会责任相关文献基础上,设计调查问卷,利用分步回归模型定量分析了农业企业家族涉入程度与企业社会责任承担情况之间的关系,结果显示,家族涉入程度与农业企业社会责任呈正相关关系,进一步地,这种正向相关关系受到家族传承意愿的正向调节。这意味着农业企业是否承担社会责任,企业内部因素,特别是家族涉入程度是重要的内在原因,家族传承强化了家族涉入的作用,从而揭示了农业企业承担社会责任的内在动机。Most of the private agricultural enterprises are family business. In order to clarify the intrinsic motivation for agricultural enterprises to social responsibility, by reference to the relevant literature on corporate social responsibility, we designed questionnaire, used a step-by-step regression model and quantitative analysis of the agricultural enterprises, family involvement and corporate social responsibility to the situation between relationship. The results showed a positive correlation between family involvement and agricultural corporate social responsibility, further, this positive correlation was a positive regulator of the will of the family heritage. This meaned that the agricultural enterprise was committed to social responsibility, internal factors, particularly family involvement was an important underlying reason, the family heritage to strengthen family involvement, which reveals the intrinsic motivation for agricultural enterprises to social responsibility.
