摘 要:比较荒漠植物柠条锦鸡儿不同部位茎段的水力结构特征.研究表明:随着茎木质部横截面面积增大,柠条锦鸡儿的胡伯尔值、比导率和叶比导率增加.柠条锦鸡儿存在着水分运输的限速区;限速区胡伯尔值高于非限速区,比导率和叶比导率低于非限速区.柠条锦鸡儿的水分运输主要受到分叉区(限速区)和枝条末端的细枝限制.The hydraulic architecture characteristics of different parts of stem segment in the desert species Caragana korshinskii were compared.The results showed that the Huber value,specific conductivity and leaf specific conductivity of C.korshinskii all raised gradually with the increase of cross sectional area of xylem stem.C.korshinskii had constriction area in water transport.The Huber value in constriction area was higher than that in no-restriction area,while the specific conductivity and leaf specific conductivity in constriction area were lower than that in no-restriction area.In conclusion,the xylem water transport of C.korshinskii was mainly influenced by the constriction area and the twigs.
