摘　　要：利用环吹风冷却工艺技术生产多孔细旦产品,重点针对与环吹风生产特点密切相关的喷丝板以及无风区长度进行设计、调整,使之适应环吹风的工艺特性,最终生产出高品质多孔细旦产品。The porous fine denier product can be produced by using circular quench air cooling process.According to the points that were closely related to the circular quench air production characteristics,the spinneret and calm zone length was designed and adjusted to meet the circular quench air process characteristics.Finally,the high quality porous fine denier product can be produced.
