摘　　要：介绍了横河CS3000系统在PET切片输送系统中的应用,简要说明了CS3000系统的主要特点和切片输送系统的工艺控制要求,重点介绍了切片输送系统的控制方案、控制程序及控制画面的设计方法。The application of YOKOGAWA CS3000 system to PET plant chips conveying system was introduced.The main features of CS3000 system and the process control requirements of chip conveying system were briefly explained.The design methods of control scheme,control program and control panel of chip conveying system were introduced emphatically.
