摘　　要：介绍了PTA生产的运用清洁生产法中的物料平衡法对PTA生产的原材料、产品、污染物来源、废弃物进行物料衡算,采用权重加和法及简单数学对比法进行分析评价,对PTA装置的节能减排潜力进行研究,最大限度地提高生产效率,减少或消除废弃物产生和排放。The material balance of PTA raw material, product, pollute source, waste was calculated by the material balance method of cleaner production method. Analysis and evaluation was carried out by weigh plus method and simple mathematical comparison method. The potential of energy conservation and discharge reduction of PTA plant was studied. The production efficiency was maximize improved. The production and discharge of waste was reduced or eliminated.
