摘　　要：研究了EPTA装置中,中纯度对苯二甲酸生产过程尾气中有机物的回收。对PX和AcOH的消耗进行分析,对尾气处理部分的流程进行改造。采用吸收、精馏两塔流程实现了70%的乙酸甲酯和92%的PX回收。实现了PX单耗降低3.33kg,乙酸单耗降低2.09 kg,回收得到甲醇2.02 kg/t。Organic materials in tail gas are recovered in EPTA plant during the production process of medium te- rephthalic acid. The consumption of PX and AcOH is analysed. The tail gas disposal process is modified. 70% of methyl acetate and 92% of PX are recovered by absorbing and distillation. The unit consumption is reduced by 3. 33 kg/t, 2.09 kg/t for PX and AcOH respectively; and 2.02 kg/t methanol is obtained.
