摘　　要：熔体直接纺利用日本TMT 32头DIO组件W型排列,环吹纺丝冷却和全自动TMT ATI615MR/32双胞胎卷绕设备,研制了111.1 dtex/144 f涤纶半光多孔细旦FDY。结果表明,熔体管道输送温度281～283℃,纺丝温度286～292℃,板面加热缓冷280～330℃,选用适宜的无风区高度、延长冷却密闭风筒,集束点在850～1 050 mm处,GRI前使用分散式预网络喷嘴等工艺条件,生产出内在品质稳定,染色稳定,适合圆机的涤纶FDY。111.1 dtex/144 f PET semi-dull multi-porous fine denier FDY can be successfully developed by using melt direct spinning process, Japanese TMT 32 ends DIO spinpaek （one spinpack provide two yarn）W type arrange- ment,external circular blow cooling device and automatic TMT ATI615MR/32 double winding machine. By selec- tion the technological conditions such as the melt pipeline conveying temperature at 281 - 283 ℃, the spinning tem- perature at 286 - 292 ℃, the heat-retarder temperature at 280 - 330 ℃, seletion of the calm zone height, prolong the length of the cooling closed wind cylinder, the collection position at 850 - 1 050 mm, using the dispersed pre-in- terlaced nozzle before GRI, the PET FDY with stable internal quality, dyeing stability and suitable for circular machine can be produced
