广东涉枪犯罪的特点及治理对策思考

摘　　要：涉枪犯罪是极具社会危害性的一类犯罪。地处改革开放前沿的广东涉枪犯罪也不容忽视。当前广东涉枪犯罪的基本特点,从地域分布上讲基本呈现出中间开花、两翼齐飞,粤西多过粤东的态势;从主体上讲具有文化素质偏低、多样化和较强的集团性等特点;从行为上讲具有类型多样化、枪毒同源及利用网络贩枪的鲜明特征;从枪支来源上讲则具有枪支来源多样化,枪支类型繁多的特点。要加强涉枪犯罪的治理,应从加大法律的宣传力度,彻底收缴流散社会的非法枪支弹药,依法从重从快打击各类涉枪犯罪活动等三个方面入手。The basic characteristics of gun - related crimes in Guangdong can be summarized as follows： crimes spread throughout the region more rampant in the west than in the east; offenders tend to be of low educa- tion, of diversity and systematism ; criminal behaviors are characterized by the diversification of types of crimes, co - existence of guns and poisons, and the use of network ; the sources of guns are diversified and so are the types of guns. To strengthen the cracking down of gun - related crimes, we should look at three aspects： to increase the propaganda of the law, verely combat all kinds to completely take over illegal firearms and ammunition that dispersed in society, and to se- of gun - related criminal activities according to law.
