摘　　要：本文所介绍的控制管理系统的控制对象是一个小型水电站，该电站由四台水轮发电机组和一台主变压器组成，全站采用分布式控制。该文章简要介绍了整个系统的控制原理、系统上位机的控制管理软件的组成、各模块功能、系统使用ＤＥＬＰＨＩ３．０的开发步骤等，该系统是一个实用的性能极佳的控制管理系统。The article introduces the control and management system of a small water power station.Th is station uses distributed control with four groups of generator and one group of main transformer. The article simply introduces the principle of automatic control system, the constitution of the control and management system of upper computer in water power station, the functions of software modules and the steps of developing with delphi3.0,and so on.This system is a practical and high performance of control and management system.
