摘  要:分析了排汽缸真空对大型汽轮发电机组轴承标高和振动的影响。指出真空会改变轴承标高、轴承载荷和轴承动力特性。真空所引起的排汽缸变形将会改变缸体与基础台板之间的接触状况和支撑刚度,严重时还容易导致动静摩擦。介绍了所开发的轴承标高测试系统原理。对3台大型汽轮发电机组抽真空过程中轴系标高变化进行了监测,介绍了测试数据,总结了变化规律。The influence of exhaust cylinder vacuum on large turbo generator bearing elevation and vibration is analyzed.Change of vacuum will change bearing elevation,bearing load and bearing dynamics that locate on exhaust cylinder.Cylinder deformation caused by vacuum will change contact condition and support system stiffness between the cylinder and the base.It will also cause rub fault between the rotating part and the stationary part in severity case.The theory of the developed bearing elevation measurement system is presented.Three large turbo generator bearing elevation monitoring results were presented and summarized.
