摘 要:对时间敏感客户的混合延迟策略进行研究.混合延迟策略不同于总体延迟策略,混合延迟策略允许库存商品可以是成品或者一般的产品.探讨在什么条件下混合延迟策略的优化.最后,发现在特定参数设定环境下混合延迟策略是最优的.文章比较了两种延迟策略的延迟成本,发现在某种情况下,混合延迟策略所节省的成本不仅比总体延迟策略下节省的成本更多,而且更有实际意义.In this paper, a hybrid postponement strategy for time sensitive customers was proposed. The hybrid postponement differs from the total postponement strategy in that it allowed the stock of both finished goods and common products. This article examined under what condition the hybrid postponement strategy was optimal. Finally, we found that the hybrid postponement strategy was optimal under certain parameter setting. We compared the postponement cost of the optimal hybrid postponement strategy with that of the best total postponement strategy and found the savings would be significant in some cases.
