摘　　要：目的:对济宁市推行"先看病后付费"服务效果进行分析,并论证其推广的可行性。方法:运用回顾性研究方法对其进行效果评价分析。结果:"先看病后付费"服务直接体现了医改三年成果,使医疗机构运行效率提高、群众就诊习惯发生改变、卫生系统反应性明显改善。结论:"先看病后付费"服务效果明显,在一定范围内存在推广可行性。Objective To analyze the effects of ＂Treatment before Payment＂ service model,and to explore the feasibility of its marketing.Methods Effects of ＂Treatment before Payment＂ model was retrospectively analyzed and evaluated.Results The model reflected the achievements of medical reform in recent 3 years,which improved the efficiency of medical institutions,changed the consultation habits of patients,and promoted the responsiveness of health system.Conclusion Effects of ＂Treatment before Payment＂ model are obvious,which can be spread in some areas.
