摘  要:以南水北调中线总干渠为对象,研究了冬季输水过渡期局部渠段的闸前变水位运行方式及整个干渠的闸门控制算法。将闸前变水位运行方式的实现过程分解为闸前常水位运行和变水位蓄量补偿两个同步进行的过程,分别完成流量变化目标和蓄量变化目标。设计了整个干渠结构统一的闸门控制算法,不仅能够实现闸前变水位与闸前常水位运行方式间的切换,还能实现二者的联合运行。闸门控制算法由前馈控制、反馈控制和解耦三个部分组成。在总干渠全线上数值模拟了冬季输水前安阳河闸以北抬升控制水位而以南维持不变的过程。结果表明,在2d时间内,安阳河闸以北的控制水位可由设计水位抬升至加大水位,整个渠道的水力过渡过程平稳,水位波动符合安全限幅要求。The variable downstream depth operation method applied to parts of South-to-North Water Trans- fer Project canal and the canal control algorithm for the whole canal during the transient period before win- ter are presented in this paper. The implementation of the operation method consists of two simultaneous processes, i.e. constant downstream depth operation and variable downstream depth operation with volume compensation, which achieve flow rate balance and volume compensation balance respectively. A unified con- trol algorithm is also presented, by which the variable downstream depth operation and the traditional con- stant downstream depth operation can be implemented and the canal system can be operate simultaneously in two methods, i.e. part of the canal pools operated under constant downstream depth and the others oper- ated under variable downstream depth. The control algorithm includes three parts, i.e. feedback control algo- rithm, feedforward control algorithm and decoupling algorithm. The operation procedure of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project in the transient period before winter is simulated. During this peri- od, the water levels in canal pools north of Anyanghe check gate are increased from the design values to the super standard vahles, while water levels in southern canal pools keep constant. The numerical simula- tion shows that the transition process can be implemented steadily in 2 days, and water fluctuations in all the canal pools are smaller than the drawdown criteria.
