摘 要:为了提高粗纱机牵伸罗拉的装配精度及调试速度,通过分析原有罗拉装配系统及原有调试方法存在的缺点,改进设计出一种将车面板的前侧面作为定位基准面,再将罗拉轴线作为第二基准的罗拉定位工具。实践表明,通过使用罗拉定位工具不同的定位面作基准,既能保证一罗拉轴线与车面板前侧面平齐的要求,又能保证一罗拉轴线与牵伸传动托架侧面垂直的要求。认为,该罗拉定位工具是粗纱机左、右两种机型通用的一种工具,能完全满足提高整机调试精度及调试速度的要求。In order to improve assembly accuracy and debugging speed of roving frame drafting roller, according to analyze shortcomings of the original roller assembly system and the original debugging method, roller positioning tools was designed that the front side of plate as the first benchmark of positioning and the roller axis as the second benchmark of positioning. Practice shows that through the use of roller positioning tools with different benchmark of positioning, parallel and level demand of the first roller axis line and the front side of plate can be ensured, and vertical demand of the first roller axis line and drawing drive carrier side can be ensured also. It is considered that the roller positioning tools is a general tools of roving machine left and right two models,the demand of improving the overall debugging accuracy and debugging speed can be met fully.
