混合痔Milligan—Morgan术围手术期的护理

摘　　要：为提高混合痔Milligan—Morgan术围手术期的护理质量，本研究回顾分析172例采用Milligan-Morgan术治疗的混合痔患者资料，对围手术期的护理措施进行总结。结果显示，本组手术满意率为97．7％（168／172）。术后仅有6例患者出现并发症，其中术后24h内原发性出血1例，经手术成功止血；急性尿潴留5例，其中3例经物理疗法及针刺治疗症状消失，2例予导尿治疗。结果表明，术前做好心理护理、皮肤准备及肠道准备，术后密切观察生命体征、做好饮食护理及手术创面护理，可有效预防混合痔Milligan Morgan术后尿潴留及大出血，减轻患者疼痛，促进创面愈合，防止痔病复发。In order to enhance the quality of perioperative nursing of mixed hemorrhoids treated with Milligan-Morgan procedure, authors retrospectively analysed the data of 172 patients who had received this procedure for their mixed hemorrhoids,and sumed the nursing measures at perioperation. As results, the ratc of satisfactory to operation was 97.7% （168/172） ;after operation only 6 cases suffered from complication. within 24 hours following operation primary bleeding occured in one case then which was stopped through operation successfully; acute uroschesis appeared in 5 cases which the symptoms disappeared through corresponding therapy（3 cases received physical therapy and acupuncture, 2 cases were given with catheteriza- tion）. Results show that before operation better doing psychological nursing, skin preparation and intestinal preparation, after operation close observing vital sign and better doing drinking ~ eating nursing as well as nursing on operative wound surface, could effectively prevent from postoperative uroschesis and massive bleeding, relieving pain of patients, promoting heading of wound sarface and prevent against recurrence of hemorrhoids disease.
