摘 要:目的探讨大学新生积极心理品质现状,为开展高校心理健康辅导与干预提供依据。方法采用中国大学生积极心理品质量表,对简单随机抽取的北京市10所高校847名大学新生进行调查。结果大学新生积极心理品质处于中等水平,6个维度中的超越维度得分最高,节制维度得分最低。一本和二本录取批次院校的学生积极心理品质总体水平之间差异无统计学意义,但显著高于三本录取批次院校;不同录取批次院校学生在情感维度、节制维度和超越维度上差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。新生积极心理品质总体水平不存在性别、专业、独生子女与否和城乡差异,但在某些维度上差异有统计学意义。结论大学新生整体积极心理品质状况良好;积极心理品质与学生进入不同录取批次院校有关。应立足优势资源,有的放矢地开展学生心理健康教育。Objective To explore the general level of freshmen's positive mental characters, and to provide reference for developing mental health intervention. Methods The samples were 847 freshmen from ten universities in Beijing. Each sample was assessed with the Positive Mental Characters Scale for Chinese College Students. Results The condition of the freshmen's positive mental characters was of the middle level. In the six dimensions, the score of the transcendence dimension was the highest, and that of the temperance dimension was the lowest. The general level of posi- tive mental characters of the first batch college students and the second ones were higher than that of the third ones, but the first two had no significant difference. In the dimensions of humanity, temperance and transcendence, the three groups have significant difference. The general level of the popu-lation's positive mental characters had no significant difference in terms of gender, major, whether only-child and region. Conclusion The average level of the population's positive mental characters are fine ; Positive mental characters are related factors of entering different colleges for the students ; The school should develop mental health education for the goodness of students.
