摘　　要：云天化云峰分公司产能为P2O5280 kt/a磷酸装置存在硫酸消耗偏高问题,分析磷酸生产中硫酸消耗偏高的原因,从合理配矿、改善矿浆粒度、控制萃取SO3含量、改善过滤状况等方面提出了降低硫酸消耗的技改措施。技改后,每吨P2O5硫酸消耗由2.628 t降为2.512 t。The P205 280 kt/a phosphoric acid plant of Yunfeng Branch Company is introduced, based on the high sulfuric acid consumption, the cause is analyzed and some measures are proposed from rational ore matching, improvement of slurry particle size, control of SO3 content in extraction process, improvement of filtration status. After the modification, for every ton sulfuric acid consumption is reduced from 2.628 t to 2.512t.
