摘  要:目的:在高硒区自然环境中寻找超耐硒并能还原硒的微生物。方法:通过对湖北省恩施市新塘乡渔塘坝硒矿床带采集的10种检样分别进行富集、分离、筛选、纯化培养出具有超耐硒能力的菌株3株,经鉴定分别为鲍氏不动杆菌、地衣芽胞杆菌和枯草芽胞杆菌。初步研究了这3株菌的培养特性、形态特征和生化学与分子生物学性状。结果:地衣芽胞杆菌和枯草芽胞杆菌在含硒量为33000μg/ml的营养琼脂培养基中能正常生长并能还原无机硒为红色单质硒,在含硒量为46500μg/ml时仍能缓慢生长。结论:超耐硒微生物的发现,在治理环境硒污染、富硒农产品开发等方面具有重要意义。Objective: To screen out the strains that can tolerant high dose of selenium in the high - Se environment of Yutangba. Methods: Three strains were screened out by isolation and purification culture. The strains were identified as Acinetobacter baumannii, Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus subtilis. Result : Characteristics of the strains were studied and two of them had the ability to tolerant and reduce selenium of 33000 μg/ml. They grew slowly in the selenium of 46500 μg/ml. Conclusions: The finding of the strains played an important role in the control of high- Se environment pollution and the supplement of selenium in Agriculture products.
